Located in the Academix Performance Institute, Blue Heron Massage Therapy strives to serve all those in the community seeking to alleviate discomfort from occupational stresses, muscular over-use injuries, and many chronic pain conditions. As an RMT seeking to serve the community, I offer a variety of approaches to massage including Swedish massage, Prenatal/Postnatal massage, Sports massage and Cupping. My treatment philosophy relies on a client-centered approach to practice in which we are an active team working towards your health goals.
